For me, this painting is about the emotional devastation that my Education Professor, Jack Shallcrass suffered when his daughter committed suicide about 50 years ago this year – 2024. This painting ties in with two of my core values; to make a career of my own humanity and to develop an unassailable and majestic sense of our own value. I received both of those values from Coretta & Martin Luther King Jr. I’m most grateful to both of them for their on-going & continual service both to humanity & the Universe as a whole.
